Key Responsibilities
Host and present videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Explain topics related to housing, real estate trends, property investment, and home buying.
Conduct interviews with builders, developers, architects, and property experts.
Present property walkthroughs, project reviews, and market analysis videos.
Read scripts confidently and deliver content with clarity and enthusiasm.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, editors, and marketing teams.
Participate in live sessions, webinars, and promotional events.
Research trending topics and suggest content ideas.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong on-camera presence and presentation skills.
Clear pronunciation, confidence, and expressive delivery.
Basic understanding of housing and real estate concepts.
Ability to memorize or read scripts naturally.
Valuable interpersonal and interviewing skills.





Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Aleast one year of experience as an anchor, presenter, host, or content creator.
Freshers with exceptional presentation skills may also apply.

Preferred Skills
Experience in YouTube or digital content creation.
Knowledge of teleprompter usage.
Basic understanding of social media trends.
Interest in real estate and property investment.

Salary

₹ 12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and presentation skills).
