About the Role

Are you a results-driven Google Ads expert who thrives on scaling campaigns profitably and generating high-quality leads? We're looking for a hands-on Google Ads Media Buyer who doesn't just monitor dashboards — but actively tests, optimizes, and drives measurable growth.

This is a high-impact role managing multi-industry Google Ads campaigns with real ownership, real data, and real results.

What You'll Do

Campaign Management
Create, launch, and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing
Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and precision audience targeting
Manage and optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and ad copy for maximum performance

Performance Optimization




Monitor campaign performance daily and make swift, data-driven decisions
Track and improve key KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Quality Score
Identify scaling prospects for profitable campaigns while aggressively cutting wasted spend
Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments

Tracking & Reporting
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and call tracking
Deliver explicit weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Work closely with leadership to shape and execute data-backed growth strategies

Industry Awareness
Stay ahead of Google Ads algorithm changes, policy updates, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

Required:
4+ years of hands-on Google Ads media buying experience
Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably across multiple industries
Deep expertise in Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, an
