Responsible to ensure high degree of discipline in daily workings.
Everyday schedule meeting with Tester, Quality, Store and dispatcher.
Assign work to the team member against internal-external work order and record it.
Follow up with team member and synchronize with assign works. Get feedback from each team members.
Ensuring on-time product or project delivery through effective production planning and operations. Arrange work order material coordinate with Purchaser and Store Keeper.
Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems.
Supervising production employees to ensure that production plans are executed.
Conducting production reviews, analyzing relevant data, and developing improvement plans.
Ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet quality standards. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet required standards.
Align production output with sales targets and maintain finished goods inventory at 120% of forecast




Ensure manufacturing processes follow approved plans and SOPs
Maintain accurate records of production outputs, raw material usage, and machine performance.
Recruit, train, and evaluate production team members.
Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
Maintain processes with appropriate parameters as defined in the relevant standard operating procedure, work instruction and manual
Maintain quality documentation and ensure proper inspection and identification of incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
Update finished product stock levels daily and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely product deliveries; schedule meetings to discuss work orders and delivery plans.
Prepare and present weekly dispatch reports to management.
Provide support to the Development team during product releases and allocate appropriate
