We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce fulfillment warehouse. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warehousing process - from receiving inventory to ensuring timely, accurate order dispatch - while maintaining a protected, effective, and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfilment
Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders
Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time to meet customer delivery
Monitor and optimize workflows to improve throughput, reduce errors, and minimize costs
Manage returns processing (reverse logistics) efficiently

Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory records
Conduct regular cycle counts and full stock audits
Coordinate with the buying/planning team to manage stock levels and prevent over/understocking





Team Leadership
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of warehouse associates and supervisors
Set daily targets, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements:
Experience
2+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting
Proven experience managing teams of 15+ people
Hands-on experience with ERP software and excel

Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
Solid understanding of inventory control and fulfillment best practices

Pay: ₹14,236.53 - ₹30,000.00 per month
