Key Responsibilities_
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct HR interviews and evaluate communication, professionalism, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers.
Negotiate salaries, notice periods, and joining dates.
Conduct reference checks.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
Maintain healthy communication between employees and management.
Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, confirmations, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and assist with attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Performance & Engagement_
Coordinate performance reviews and probation tracking.
Support managers with performance improvement plans.
Organize weekly team activities and monthly engagement events.




Help build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements_
Minimum 2 years of HR Ops experience.
At least 1 year in an IT company, software company, or digital marketing agency.
Experience conducting HR interviews and salary negotiations.
Robust recruitment, employee relations, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Robust communication, organization, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled, confidential, and comfortable handling difficult conversations.
Experience with HRMS/ATS is a plus.
