As a Telecaller at Sree Infra, you will be the first point of connection between our brand and potential customers — playing a key role in generating leads, building relationships, and driving the sales journey from first call to site visit.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for real estate projects
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate, helpful property information
Understand customer requirements and guide them toward suitable options




Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records consistently
Follow up with leads proactively to convert them into site visits or closures
Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships

What We're Looking For
6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience — real estate preferred but not mandatory
Fluent communication in Telugu, English, and Hindi
Robust convincing and follow-up skills with a customer-first mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
