Job Title: E-Commerce Associate

Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in E-Commerce Operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce marketplaces and company websites.
Update product information, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory levels.
Monitor and process customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams for order dispatch, stock availability, and issue resolution.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and replacements through online platforms.
Track marketplace performance and maintain accurate sales records.
Assist in running promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers on e-commerce platforms.
Generate and maintain reports related to sales,



inventory, and order status.
Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and company policies.
Support the Senior Executive in day-to-day e-commerce operations and assigned projects.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in handling online marketplaces and order management systems.
Knowledge of product listing optimization and digital marketplace operations.
Familiarity with inventory management processes.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
