Position: Accounts Executive - US Shift/Onsite
Location: Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi
Work Mode: On-site / Office-based
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients.
Work on QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, and other US accounting software.
Prepare bank reconciliations, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and monthly closing reports.
Generate financial reports and MIS reports using MS Excel.
Maintain accounting records with accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with clients and vendors for reconciliations and accounting support.
Assist the team in reporting, documentation, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Skills Required:




Basic knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles.
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, AppFolio, or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
