Facility Supervisor

Requirement of Qualification and experience & some of key responsibilities:
MBA/Graduate with relevant hospital experience.
10 + years of experience in facility, security and event management. 10 years should be from hospital industry
Supervising HK, Pestcontrol, Security and admin dept staff/ outsourced agency
Ensuring all aspects of Security - man, materials of organisation, including fire safety
verification of vendors bills, optimization of manpower/planning
Waste disposal
Laision with Police, Fire dept, Disaster Management cell,




Training to staff with regards to function including insource & outsourced staff
Event management, transport management
Budgeting of dept, cost control/saving
Fire safety & Disaster Management
Developing and executing dept SOPs, maintaining, documentation
Ensuring NABH requirements with regards to Facility Management
Making arrangement of VIP movements
Addressing volatile issues / mob management
To carryout any other additional duty and responsibility or reasonable order/

instructions of HOD / Incharge from time to time

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
