Role Overview





The Pre-Sales Coordination Officer - LGS will support the pre-sales function by assisting in technical coordination, drawing review and proposal preparation for Light Gauge Steel (LGS) projects. The role requires a robust understanding of architectural drawings, construction materials and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret architectural and civil drawings for project feasibility and accuracy
Assist in preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings as per project requirements
Coordinate with design, estimation, and sales teams for project inputs and clarifications
Support in preparing pre-sales documentation, technical submissions and proposals
Understand and analyse foundation drawings and structural layouts
Ensure proper documentation, version control and drawing records are maintained
Assist in quantity take-offs and basic project
