Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Create engaging captions and coordinate with the design and video teams for content creation.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and qualified manner.

Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and events.
Assist in influencer collaborations and user-generated content campaigns.
