Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient conditions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with doctors and other healthcare specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions regularly.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
Provide wound care and post-operative nursing care.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, privacy, and dignity at all times.

Documentation
Maintain accurate nursing records and patient charts.
Record assessments, treatments, medications, and progress notes.
Prepare admission, transfer, and discharge documentation.

Communication & Coordination
Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and allied healthcare professionals.




Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Participate in nursing handovers and clinical discussions.

Infection Control & Safety
Follow hospital infection control protocols and nursing standards.
Ensure proper handling of biomedical waste.
Maintain a clean, secure, and hygienic patient setting.
Report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns promptly.

Emergency Care
Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
Perform Basic Life Support (BLS) and assist during Code Blue situations.
Ensure emergency equipment is available and functional.

Qualifications:
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
BLS Certification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
