Job Title - Dispatch Executive

(International Operations - English Communication is must)

Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon

(1+ years experience preferred with Good English Communication and MS Excel skills)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and monitor daily delivery routes.
Coordinate with drivers for smooth and timely operations
Track deliveries and Proactivelyupdate status in the system
Handle delays, delivery issues, and route changes efficiently
Ensure accurate reporting of deliveries and returns
Work closely with operations and support team
Proactive communication internally with teams and drivers.

Eligibility & Skills:

Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Positive computer knowledge (MS Excel /MS Word/ tracking systems)
