Marketplace Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on Global Ecommerce Platform, ensuring account health, smooth fulfillment, and excellent customer metrics.(Walmart, eBay, Shopify,Amazon).
Listing Creation & Content Compilation: Build highly engaging, accurate, and visually appealing product listings from scratch. Compile and structure product content, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
SEO & Listing Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO best practices to maximize product ranking, discoverability, and conversion rates. Continuously A/B test and optimize existing listings.
Inventory & Order Management: Monitor and manage product inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms. Ensure seamless integration and tracking within our Order Management System to prevent stockouts or over-selling.
Reporting & Analytics:



Track daily sales, traffic, and conversion metrics. Use data-driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments
Advanced Excel Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data manipulation) for inventory tracking, bulk uploads, and reporting.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for content accuracy and listing quality.
Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot account issues, manage support tickets, and adapt to changing marketplace algorithms.
