Job Title:Jr. UI/UX Designer

Experience: 6 Months -1.5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI components.
Improve user experiences through usability testing and feedback.
Prepare design assets and documentation for development handoff.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.




Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Experience with usability testing and user research.
Portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal projects.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
