Supervise daily têxtile packing operations and manpower.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and identification of finished goods.
Monitor packing quality and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Maintain packing records, stock records, and daily reports.
Train and guide packing workers on standard operating procedures.
Monitor material usage and minimize packing losses/wastage.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the packing area.
Handle shift planning and workforce allocation.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
