We are looking for a skilled and experienced qualified to join our manufacturing team.

Position: Plastic Injection Molding - Quality Control / Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production floor activities.
Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
Monitor injection molding processes and implement quality checks.
Identify and resolve production and quality issues.
Manage production staff and maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
Maintain production and quality records and reports.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic, or Production Engineering (preferred).
Experience in plastic injection molding and quality control.
Solid knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and inspection methods.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Sinnar, Nashik, Maharashtra
Experience: 5+ Years (preferred)
