Role: Business Analyst, ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management
Experience: 5 to 8 years

Role Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with robust ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management experience to support discovery,



requirements gathering, solution design, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment for ServiceNow SPM implementation and enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities
Work with business stakeholders to understand current portfolio, demand, project, and investment management processes.
Conduct workshops for requirement discovery, process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.
Support ServiceNow SPM modules such as:
Demand Management
Project Portfolio Management
Project Workspace
Program Management
Portfolio Planning
Resource Management
Financial Planning
Agile Development integration
Roadmap Planning
Investment Funding
Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and developers to validate solution feasibility.
