Job Summary

Pulse Care Hospital is seeking a skilled, patient-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our administrative team in Bardhaman. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing patient flow, and ensuring that all administrative front-office tasks are handled with precision and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Relations: Greet patients and families upon arrival; guide them through the registration, admission, and discharge processes.
Inquiry Management: Professionally handle all incoming calls and walk-in inquiries regarding doctor schedules, hospital services, and department locations.
Appointment Coordination: Manage the OPD (Outpatient Department) calendar, book appointments, and send reminders to patients.
Data Management:



Accurately enter patient information into the hospital management system and maintain physical files with strict confidentiality.
Billing & Documentation: Assist with initial billing inquiries, collect consultation fees, and coordinate with the insurance/TPA desk for cashless queries.
Queue Management: Monitor the waiting area to ensure a smooth flow of patients and keep them informed about any delays in doctor availability.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education:BHM (Bachelor of Hospital Management) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience:Fresher (No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training).
Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Communication Skills:
Fluent in Bengali.
Working knowledge of English (for documentation and formal communication).
Soft Skills:
Robust interpersonal skills and an empathetic "patient-first" attitude.
Ability to remain calm and multitask during peak OPD hours.
