Job Summary

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Warehouse Operations Management
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory movement.
Ensure smooth functioning of inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Monitor warehouse workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials/products.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control systems.
Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Monitor stock aging, damaged goods, and obsolete inventory.
Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely dispatches.
Ensure proper documentation for shipment processing.




Track dispatch schedules and resolve delivery-related issues.
Optimize transportation planning for cost-effective delivery.
Team Leadership & Supervision
Manage and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and helpers.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct training for process improvement and safety compliance.
Build a productive and disciplined work workplace.
Process Optimization
Identify process gaps and implement warehouse improvement initiatives.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
Improve productivity through workflow planning and automation tools.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety policies and operational SOPs.
Conduct regular safety inspections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
