Job Summary

Lifeyoga is looking for a passionate and experienced Pilates Teacher to join our

experience conducting Pilates sessions, creating personalized fitness programs, and

helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one and group Pilates sessions.
Design customized workout plans based on client needs and fitness levels.
Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during every session.
Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
Maintain a positive, professional, and client-focused environment.




Collaborate with the wellness team to deliver an exceptional customer

experience.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor.
Certification in Pilates from a recognized institute (preferred).
Solid knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and holistic wellness.
