Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, and usage.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, card payments, and POS transactions.
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness.
Monitor stock availability and report inventory requirements.
Resolve customer queries professionally.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
Maintain sales records and customer interactions.

Eligibility
12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in retail, counter sales, FMCG, or customer service will be an added advantage.




Knowledge of Ayurveda, wellness, or consumer products is preferred.
Willing to work weekends and holidays as per retail store schedules.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience using POS billing systems is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
