A Retail Sales Incharge (also called Sales In-Charge or Retail Supervisor in some companies) is responsible for managing daily store sales operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
Supervising sales staff and assigning duties
Monitoring daily sales performance
Ensuring excellent customer service
Handling customer complaints and escalations
Managing stock, inventory, and product displays
Opening and closing the store
Preparing sales reports and maintaining records
Training recent employees
Coordinating with store managers and suppliers
Achieving monthly sales targets
