Key Responsibilities
Design modular kitchens, wardrobes and storage solutions using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
Create layouts, elevations, working drawings and 3D presentations.
Conduct client site visits for measurements, space planning and design consultations.
Understand customer requirements and provide customized design solutions.
Prepare BOQs, project estimates and material specifications.
Coordinate with installation and production teams for seamless project execution.
Attend showroom customers and support sales conversions.
Handle and maintain solid relationships with dealers to generate and support business opportunities.
Regularly visit client locations for site inspections, measurements, project discussions and follow-ups.
Maintain customer relationships from initial inquiry through project handover.
Contribute towards showroom sales targets and overall business growth.

Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Furniture Design or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Positive Bengali, English and Hindi communication skills.
Skilled, presentable, customer-focused personality.
Willingness to travel for site visits when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
