Role & responsibilities
Experimental Design:Conceptualize, plan, and execute experiments to test hypotheses and develop current projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze experimental data, draw conclusions, and maintain detailed, accurate laboratory notebooks and technical reports.
Product/Process Development: Improve existing products for better efficiency, safety and quality.
Technical Expertise: Utilize scientific knowledge to solve complex problems and troubleshoot plant process issues and laboratory equipment.
Collaboration & Compliance: Work with cross-functional teams and ensure all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Intellectual Property: Support the creation and management of intellectual property, including patent filings.
