Core Responsibilities
Outreach & Campaigns: Conduct door-to-door canvassing, public announcements, and awareness campaigns in underserved communities to disseminate project information.
Enrollment & Counseling: Identify potential beneficiaries (e.g., unemployed youth, women, out-of-school children), counsel them on available prospects, and secure their enrollment.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with local leaders, community stakeholders, and program participants.
Data Collection: Maintain accurate records of field visits, enrollments, and participant feedback, submitting regular reports to program managers.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing community gatherings, workshops, and job fairs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
