Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
RFP Monitoring & Tracking: Continuously monitor multiple US state portals, government websites, and relevant platforms to identify new EV charging infrastructure prospects.
RFP Analysis & Interpretation: Carefully review and interpret detailed RFP documents to extract key information such as eligibility criteria, technical requirements, locations requirements, submission guidelines, deadlines, and evaluation parameters. Summaries the key points from RFP for internal use.
Documentation Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to gather all necessary documents, data, and approvals required for proposal submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Excellent command of English with solid reading and comprehension skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to process complex documents
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Computer savvy with the ability to navigate multiple online portals, tools, and document systems efficiently
Highly organized with strong time management and deadline adherence
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
