Job Opening: Real Estate Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and performance.

Incentive: Additional ₹10,000 incentive per successful conversion/sale.

Minimum Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate telecalling.

Responsible commitment towards achieving monthly targets

Minimum Target:
A minimum of 20 genuine and verified customer office visits must be achieved as per the assigned target.

Monthly Target: Minimum 2 successful sales

Important: Junk, fake, irrelevant, or non-responsible customers will not be entertained and will not be counted as valid office visits.

Weekly Off:
One weekly off will be provided and decided by the administration. Sunday is not a fixed holiday and working on Sundays may be compulsory.

Achieving the assigned minimum target is compulsory for performance evaluation and salary justification.
