Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, explain bike models, and close sales effectively and telecalling as per leads. The role involves providing excellent customer service and helping customers choose the right two-wheeler based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the showroom
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable bikes
Explain features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
Assist customers with test rides and basic product demonstrations
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain proper display and cleanliness of vehicles in the showroom
Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups
Coordinate with finance/insurance teams for documentation
Maintain records of inquiries and sales in CRM/register
Support in promotional activities and showroom events

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
