Key Roles & Responsibilities
Provide accurate information regarding hotel bookings, services, and offers.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a skilled and courteous approach.
Assist guests with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
Maintain transparent and effective communication with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Upsell hotel services and packages whenever applicable.
Maintain records and update customer information accurately in the system.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹34,169.58 per month
