Personal Assistant to Co-Founder

Location: Mumbai (Full-time, In-office)

7th Heaven is one of India’s largest bakery café chains with 350+ outlets across the country, and the brand is now building a very solid presence in the UK while expanding into other countries such as the USA and UAE. As part of this growth, the Co-Founder is looking for a proactive, organized, and polished Assistant to help manage day-to-day professional and personal responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the Co-Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily schedule
Schedule appointments, reservations, travel plans, and other commitments
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks
Track tasks, reminders, and significant deadlines




Assist with a wide range of personal and administrative tasks including errands, bookings, appointments, and day-to-day support as required
Excellent spoken and written English
Polished, skilled, and well-organized
Solid multitasking and time-management skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Ability to handle both professional and personal responsibilities with professionalism and discretion

Work Mode: Full-time, in-office (Mumbai)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
