Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Support:
Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
Assist in generating recruitment reports and maintaining recruitment metrics.

Client Interaction:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and hiring needs.
Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing timely updates on recruitment activities.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Contribute to team discussions and share insights and ideas for continuous improvement.
Support fellow team members in achieving recruitment goals.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Preferably 6+ months of experience in client handling.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.




Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.
Robust team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Eager to learn and develop recent skills in the recruitment field.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,037.68 - ₹50,000.00 per month
