About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Jockey products.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
Handle billing, cash, and POS operations when required.
Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow store SOPs, grooming standards, and company policies.
Eligibility:
Minimum qualification:10th/12th Pass or Graduate:
Experience in retail, apparel, or customer service is preferred.
Skills Required:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach.
Sales and persuasion skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
