Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.
Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic tests, health packages, and hospital services.
Address patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of patient concerns.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments, reports, and service-related matters.
Achieve daily and monthly call handling and service quality targets.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and company data.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in a call center, customer service, healthcare, or hospitality industry is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
