The role involves developing and executing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, optimizing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless customer experiences to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning




Develop and implement e-commerce strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces, D2C platforms, and emerging digital channels.
Sales & Channel Management
Manage relationships with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
Drive online sales performance through pricing, promotions, assortment planning, and platform optimization.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth prospects.
Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
Optimize product listings, content, and brand visibility across e-commerce platforms.
Enhance customer experience and retention through loyalty programs and personalized engagement strategies.
