Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other team members.
Conduct basic user research and competitor analysis.
Create design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Improve existing designs based on feedback and usability insights.
Ensure design consistency across all digital products.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Basic knowledge of responsive web and mobile design.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.




A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects).

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions is a plus.
