Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Review patient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Analyze physician documentation for completeness and correctness.
Maintain coding quality and productivity targets.
Work closely with healthcare providers and billing teams to resolve coding queries.
Stay updated with coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

Requirements:
CPC Certification from AAPC (mandatory).
6 months to 1 year of experience in Medical Coding.
Good knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
Solid understanding of medical terminology,



anatomy, and physiology.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare coding software.

Preferred Skills
Experience in specialty coding (HCC, E&M;, Radiology, Surgery, etc.) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing / Allied Health Sciences.
Certification: CPC (Certified Qualified Coder) - Mandatory.

Pay: Up to ₹33,000.00 per month
