About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Lead who can manage an Inside Sales team and help team members achieve sales targets.

Mandatory Requirement
Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.

Responsibilities:
Handle and manage daily activities of sales team.
Monitor team performance and target achievement.
Support team members in handling customer objections and difficult situations.
Train and guide team on sales process and communication.
Ensure proper follow-up with leads and customers.
Motivate team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Maintain sales reports and team performance records.
Coordinate with management regarding team performance and improvements.
Help in hiring, onboarding, and training recent team members.
Handle escalated customer conversations when required.

Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Solid confidence and leadership skills.




Ability to manage and motivate team.
Good objection handling and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of GST, accounting, invoicing, Tally, bookkeeping, etc.
Smart and practical decision-making ability.
Comfortable working in target-based workplace.
Ability to work under pressure and manage team pressure as well.
Quick learner and adaptable to changing business requirements.
Energetic and confident personality.
Strong leadership and team management ability.
