Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and qualified manner
Help customers choose clothing based on their needs and preferences
Maintain product knowledge (sizes, fabrics, styles, pricing)
Handle billing and payments (cash, UPI, card, etc.)
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
Manage stock and report low inventory
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
Prior retail or garment store experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of fashion trends
Ability to work flexible schedule (weekends/festivals)
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
