We are looking for an experienced Sr. HR Executive from the hospitality sector to manage end-to-end HR functions and support a high-performance, service-oriented work culture.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel/restaurant operations
Manage onboarding, induction, and manpower planning
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and shift management
Implement performance appraisal and training programs
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee records

Qualifications:
