Working Days: As per roster and airport operations

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product features, pricing, craftsmanship, and brand story.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/card payments accurately.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and replenishment.
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Follow airport security, safety, and operational guidelines.
Maintain excellent grooming and qualified appearance at all times.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.




Freshers can apply; experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion, or airport retail preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Telugu will be an added advantage.
Customer-centric attitude and sales orientation.
Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills
Retail sales and customer service.
Jewellery product knowledge (preferred).
POS billing and basic computer skills.
Upselling and cross-selling abilities.
Good grooming and interpersonal skills.
