Key Responsibilities:
Fleet Maintenance: Overseeing daily vehicle maintenance, arranging repairs, and performing safety inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
Logistics & Scheduling: Planning routes, scheduling daily deliveries/pickups, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods to customers.
Team Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising drivers and support staff to maintain high safety and performance standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining vehicle records, ensuring compliance with transport regulations (e.g., FMCSA), and managing driver documentation.
Cost Management: Monitoring transport budgets and identifying prospects to reduce costs and optimize operations.
Safety Enforcement: Enforcing safety standards, reducing risks of vehicle overloading, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.




Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with manufacturing, warehouse staff, and external logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations. Go Construct +9

Key Requirements:
Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation industry regulations, Logistics management, and supply chain processes.
Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in transportation management software.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
