Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and degreasing before painting.
Mix paints, hardeners, thinners, and other coating materials according to specifications.
Operate spray guns and painting equipment efficiently.
Maintain the required paint thickness, finish quality, and color consistency.
Inspect painted components for defects such as runs, sags, orange peel, pinholes, dust, and uneven coating.
Perform touch-up and rework when required.
Clean and maintain spray guns, paint booths, and other painting equipment.
Monitor paint consumption and minimize material wastage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
