Sales Manager – Residential Painting
Manage residential painting projects across Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Conduct site surveys and assess customers’ painting requirements.
Take accurate site measurements and understand the scope of work.
Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation.
Coordinate with customers after approval to plan project execution.
Plan and coordinate painting teams, manpower, and required materials.
Supervise painting work at the site and monitor daily progress.
Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines.
Maintain required quality standards throughout the project.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and project-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor workmanship, finishing, and overall project quality.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Follow up with customers after completion and obtain positive reviews.
