Cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide a pleasant and comfortable experience to the guest.
Responsibilities:
Changing bed linens and making beds.
Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities ,such as shampoo & soap
Sweeping and mopping floors.
Cleaning pubic areas.
Resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and in a polite manner.
Work Experience:
1 to 2 Years
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
Previous experience in Housekeeping.
