Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion
Handle leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, events, and

educational institution partnerships.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
Conduct counseling sessions and career guidance discussions.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads effectively.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication and relationship

building.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through colleges, educational institutions, and referral

networks.
Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and academic institutions.
Promote training programs, internships, workshops, and placement assistance services.




Identify market prospects and contribute to business growth strategies.
Participate in seminars, workshops, career fairs, and promotional events.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM systems.
Ensure timely communication with prospects throughout the admission process.
Build long-term relationships with students and institutions.
Address inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track lead conversion rates and admission performance.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to handle student counseling and career guidance discussions.
