Qualification
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
HR certifications/specializations in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, etc. will be an added advantage

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases




Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
Assist employees with HR-related queries and support
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communication materials
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
Coordinate HR activities and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills:
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Robust organizational and time management abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Attention to detail and documentation skills
