Resolve service-related queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) for issue resolution.
Follow up with internal teams for quick resolution.
Achieve performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and processes.
Maintain a courteous, positive, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
