As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and achieving sales targets. You will lead and motivate a team of employees, manage inventory, and implement strategies to enhance the store's performance.

Store Manager Responsibilities:
Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
Creating business strategies to attract current customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
Hiring, training, and overseeing current staff.
Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a qualified manner.
Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
Preparing detailed reports on buying trends,



customer requirements, and profits.
Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.

Store Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
A minimum of 1 or 2 years experience working in a retail workplace, ideally in a managerial role.
Solid leadership and customer management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
