Key Deliverables (Max 4)
Build and strengthen referral relationships with 100+ General Practitioners / Nursing Homes by June 2026.
Conduct 2 successful health camps per month, ensuring proper promotion and follow-up.
Drive the outreach team’s productivity, ensuring weekly reporting and KPI achievement.
Submit a weekly performance report with lead numbers, referrals, and engagement updates to Dr. Sarita.

Technical/Functional Skill Set:
Familiarity with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.:
Basic knowledge of website content updates (WordPress or similar CMS preferred).:

Conduct feedback/relationship-building visits every 15 days to existing GP contacts.:
Keep a referral tracker updated with name, location, referral count, and follow-up status.

B. Health Camp Planning & Execution
Identify suitable venues: Panchayats, SHGs, community halls, nursing homes.:
